On Thursday, 11th Aug 2022, a purchase order was granted by the Board of Directors to set up a basic IoT and automation laboratory, that can facilitate research and initiate the development of products. It's reported that the company is going to enter the agriculture and healthcare market in near future and announcing the IoT lab at this juncture may be a big spinner in the field of automation.
Abhijit Tripathy, Executive Director, PSPL, announced on Thursday that the company is aiming to cover the core engineering problems that can be solved through IoT and automation. With the company's expertise with hybrid softwares, automation can be done by integrating IoT modules in the existing software suite.
The company is also looking for possible partnerships with hardware providers and customers from the agriculture and healthcare sectors.
